Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green chili sliced
- 1 tsp fenugreek
- rampe/karapincha
- 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
- salt
- 50 g Maldive fish
- 200 ml coconut milk
Method
Step 1
add all ingredients in to the clay pot,with the potatoes
Step 2
put the fire.cook the potatoes for some times until it get cooked
Step 3
add thick extract in to the pot at last.season with salt and peper
