White Potato curry Sri Lankan-style. Sri Lankans usually eat this dish with plain rice and other vegetable.This is a very famous dish in Sri Lanka in both occasions and day to day meals. This curry is a spicy less dish for everyone & also a very easy & tasty dish. If you are a vegetarian this is a very good dish for you all.Try the recipe with yourself, hope you like it much. Ingredients

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green chili sliced
  • 1 tsp fenugreek
  • rampe/karapincha
  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
  • salt
  • 50 g Maldive fish
  • 200 ml coconut milk

Method

Step 1

add all ingredients in to the clay pot,with the potatoes

Step 2

put the fire.cook the potatoes for some times until it get cooked

Step 3

add thick extract in to the pot at last.season with salt and peper
