Soya Tempered , This is a dish which is made as a option for meat dish.many sri lankan do love to have vegetarian dishes in there meat.which is sweet and sour flavor give ideal bland to the meal.
Ingredients
- 100 g Soya meat
- rampe/karapincha
- 1 onion sliced
- some ginger garlic past
- some kocchi miris
- some hand full of Spring onions
- tomato
- 1 tsp kitula trical
- 1 lime juice
- 1/2 tsp tumatic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Roasted meat curry powder
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- salt
Method
Step 1
Soke soya meat in hot water for few minutes.mean wile do the preparation as in the photo one and two.
Step 2
heat the clay pot,add onion,green chili,ginger garlic past,rampe /karapincha and saute for few minutes.
Step 3
Add soya in to it,fallow with all powders,
Step 4
put soya in to the pot,reduce the heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes,
Step 5
add kithul trical salt lime and mixed well,
Step 6
add spring onion and tomatoes in to it.add few drops of coconut milk ( just to give the moisture to the dish)
Step 7
ready to serve.with rice and curry or sri lankan style egg fried rice
