The Abalone mushroom is named for the aquatic shellfish, abalone, whose shape the mushroom resembles.many used in Sri lakan cooking.we used only organic vegetable s in our tradition sri Lankan cooking.enjoy this Mushrooms Corn & Beans Masala.
Ingredients
- 200 Abalone mushrooms
- 4 no of beans
- 50 g Corn
- 1 onion sliced
- some garlic
- 1/2 cumin
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tumaric powder
- 2 tsp masala powder
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- green chillis
- 50 ml coconut milk
Method
Step 1
heat the oil,add cumin,onion,and garlic and curry leaves.saute for few minutes
Step 2
add mushrooms,beans and sliced corn,in to the pan.fallow with all curry powders
Step 3
add some coconut milk,just cook for two minutes,remove from the fire.
Step 4
served with steamed rice
