The Abalone mushroom is named for the aquatic shellfish, abalone, whose shape the mushroom resembles.many used in Sri lakan cooking.we used only organic vegetable s in our tradition sri Lankan cooking.enjoy this Mushrooms Corn & Beans Masala.

Ingredients

  • 200 Abalone mushrooms

  • 4 no of beans

  • 50 g Corn

  • 1 onion sliced

  • some garlic

  • 1/2 cumin

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1/2 tumaric powder

  • 2 tsp masala powder

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • salt

  • pepper

  • green chillis

  • 50 ml coconut milk

Directions

  • heat the oil,add cumin,onion,and garlic and curry leaves.saute for few minutes
  • add mushrooms,beans and sliced corn,in to the pan.fallow with all curry powders
  • add some coconut milk,just cook for two minutes,remove from the fire.
  • served with steamed rice
