The Abalone mushroom is named for the aquatic shellfish, abalone, whose shape the mushroom resembles.many used in Sri lakan cooking.we used only organic vegetable s in our tradition sri Lankan cooking.enjoy this Mushrooms Corn & Beans Masala.
200 Abalone mushrooms
4 no of beans
50 g Corn
1 onion sliced
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tumaric powder
2 tsp masala powder
2 chopped tomatoes
50 ml coconut milk
- heat the oil,add cumin,onion,and garlic and curry leaves.saute for few minutes
- add mushrooms,beans and sliced corn,in to the pan.fallow with all curry powders
- add some coconut milk,just cook for two minutes,remove from the fire.
- served with steamed rice
