this is easy jackfruit tempered preparation and low cost sri lankan dish.nay people love to have such in there meat. spicy jack give great pungency on food.
Ingredients
- 200 g Jack fruit
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- some rampe/karapincha
- a green chili sliced
- salt
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Method
Step 1
heat the oil,add the sliced onion,green,chilis and rampe karapincha.
Step 2
Saute for while,add chili flakes.fallow with jackfruit mixed
Step 3
cove with a lid,reduce the fire and cook in very slow fire.
Step 4
add the sate and send in to the table with sri lanakn rice and curry or with roti.
