this is easy jackfruit tempered preparation and low cost sri lankan dish.nay people love to have such in there meat. spicy jack give great pungency on food.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Jack fruit

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • some rampe/karapincha

  • a green chili sliced

  • salt

  • 2 tsp Coconut oil

Directions

  • heat the oil,add the sliced onion,green,chilis and rampe karapincha.
  • Saute for while,add chili flakes.fallow with jackfruit mixed
  • cove with a lid,reduce the fire and cook in very slow fire.
  • add the sate and send in to the table with sri lanakn rice and curry or with roti.
