Jackfruit seeds and Banana flower thick curry – jack seed is the by product of jack fruit. typical sri lankan combination is here in this meal.great side dish for dinner.it take bit long preparation
Ingredients
- 100 g Jack fruit seeds (Kos atta)
- 150 g Banana Flower
- 1 onion sliced
- some ginger,garlic past
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustered powder
- 1 chii powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Rampe / Karapincha
- green chilis
- malidive fish or konisso
- salt
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
Method
Step 1
Cut the jack fruit seed in half,peel the shell,cut all the other vegetables as in the picture.
Step 2
add all in to the clay pot,fallow with shredded banana flower mixed well
Step 3
put all curry and chili powders and mixed,cook with slow fire.for some time.
Step 4
add thick coconut milk,salt and pepper.
Step 5
served with Sri lankan Rice and curry
