Ingredients

  • 300 g Mango raw

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped

  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder

  • rampe /karapicha

  • cinnamon,cloves.cardemon

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 1/2 Roasted Curry powder

  • 50 ml coconut milk

  • 100 ml water

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • peel the mango and cut in to pieces.keep a side
  • Heat the oil,add rampe karapincha and saute for few seconds,add cardamon, cinnamon,and cloves in to it
  • saute,add the mango in to it.fallow with all powders which is mention before
  • mixed it well,reduce the fire and cook for some time.
  • add the bit of water in to it.cook for a while
  • finally add coconut milk,salt and sugar
  • cook in very slow fire for some time,till mango get mash and pulpy.
