Fried Okra and Fish Salad is Easy and low coasted salad. Okra you can find in Sri lanka very easily.ideal as a stater,or as in the rice and curry.fish give the perfect bland to the dish.no MSG added.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Okra ( Ladies fingers)

  • 50 g fish boiled and flake

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 1 tomato wagers

  • some spring onion

  • 1 spring of thyme

  • chili pices

  • 100 ml oil

  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder

  • lime

  • salt

  • some olive oil

  • lime

Directions

  • cut the okra and rub with tumaric and salt,deep fried the okra and allow to drain oil.
  • take a bowl,add all ingredients together and mixed with salt .pepper,lime and olive oil
