Fried Okra and Fish Salad is Easy and low coasted salad. Okra you can find in Sri lanka very easily.ideal as a stater,or as in the rice and curry.fish give the perfect bland to the dish.no MSG added.
Ingredients
- 100 g Okra ( Ladies fingers)
- 50 g fish boiled and flake
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato wagers
- some spring onion
- 1 spring of thyme
- chili pices
- 100 ml oil
- 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
- lime
- salt
- some olive oil
- lime
Method
Step 1
cut the okra and rub with tumaric and salt,deep fried the okra and allow to drain oil.
Step 2
take a bowl,add all ingredients together and mixed with salt .pepper,lime and olive oil
