Diya Bath – Over night soaked Rice soup , This is traditional sri lankan soup which is commonly using in local villagers.we used here red rice.but many people use white rice as well in here.many using as kanjiy in the breakfast.this is healthy and ayuradic soup.
Ingredients
- Boiled red rice
- 2 red onion sliced
- some curry leaves
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- some lime juice
- salt
- pepper
Method
Step 1
take a pan,add over night socked rice in to a pan,
Step 2
add onion,curry leaves and bring it to boil with some water,after few minutes add thick coconut milk
Step 3
reduce the fire.add all stir time to time,finish with salt and pepper,
Step 4
finally add some lime,served to the breakfast table.
