Ingredients

  • 200 g Puhul
  • 50 g Kathurumurunga leaves
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green chili sliced
  • 1/2 fenugreek
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
  • 1 chili powder
  • rampe/karapincha
  • 2 tsp raw rice
  • 3 tps Grated Coconut
  • Thick coconut milk
  • some ginger garlic past
  • salt

Method

Step 1

ready all Ingredients as in the picture,cut puhul in to dices,and clean kathurumurunga

Step 2

mean while Pound Grated coconut,raw rice,mustered and garlic togather

Step 3

put all in to pot,add some coconut milk,bring it to boil.add the past which you ground together.

Step 4

add the katurumurunga leaves, stir it for two three times take off the fire

Step 5

serve to lunch table,with hot kakulu rice
