kcalIn Sri Lanka we call this as kiri roti.one of famous coconut milk preparation in local villagers and many used as breakfast item,there are few options possible to use katta sambol as accompaniment,or every some jam will take a part in here.
Ingredients
- 100 g Flour 
- 1 egg 
- 50 ml coconut milk 
- 2 tsp sugar 
- pinch of salt 
- 1 tsp sesame oil 
Directions
- take a bowl,add flour,egg and sugar,mixed well.
- add coconut milk and make in to smooth batter
- add sesame oil to the pan,and put some from the batter,make a nice pancake.
- this is you can used as breakfast item or snack,but in here i have used some pol pani and roll it.
