This is one of sri Lankan traditional preparation.and we used this for special occasions. not so easy to make.but many of village people do this very often. Aluth Avurudu Recipe Kokis,
Ingredients
- 500 g rice flour
- 100 g weat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- chopped curry leaves
- Oil
Method
Step 1
Mixed all Ingredients together and make a think sauce,if it is too think add little bit of more coconut milk
Step 2
take the kokis mold,cove the past in to 3/4,deep fry the mold
Step 3
by the time reduce the fire and remove the past from the mold cairfully
Step 4
this is sri lakan used for there special occasion

Is wheat flour same as Atta flour.
