This is a combination prawns and vegi. Sri lanka is one of famous destination for seafood.this tiny island very reach in Seafood,we used masala for this preparation and thick curry always give you the strong test for the rice and curry.

Ingredients

  • 250 g peel fresh prawns
  • i no Carrot
  • 2 no beens
  • 1 onion sliced
  • garlic and ginger past
  • rampe/karapincha
  • 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
  • 1 tbs Garam masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • diced tomatoed
  • 1 lime wedge
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil,add onion, garlic and ginger,rampe karapincha and saute for a while

Step 2

add chili, traumatic and gram masala in to the pan and stir

Step 3

add the prawns,stir,add the think coconut milk,bring it to boil,simmer for 2 minutres

Step 4

add the chipped tomato .take off the fire,add salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
