This is one of famous recipe in sri lanka. many use as a side dish to there breakfast.and love to use with some spicy curries.it a combination of lot to our sri lankan rice and curry
it has lot of hurble value in this curry.and low of fat.and oil.some parts of sri lanka try used to put some maldive fish as well.
Ingredients
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 some curry leaves
- some Rampe( Pandon leaf)
- 3 green chilis sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp tumaric
- 1/2 chilli pices
- salt
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek
- 100 ml think coconut milk
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
Method
Step 1
add all ingredients to the clay pot.add the thin coconut exacts in to it.and put in to the stove
Step 2
bring it to boil,add the thick coconut in to the curry.bring it to boil and simmer till the curry get thick.
Step 3
add salt and served with rice and curry.
