Seafood and Sausages Rice is one of Famous rice preparation in Sri lanka. many used seafood very often in our domestic cooking.enjoy our Main rice preparation .
Ingredients
- 300 g Basmathi
- 1 onion sliced
- garlic
- green chili sliced
- 50 g peel prawns
- 50 g calamari rings
- 100 g crad
- 2 sausages
- coriander leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
- cloves, cardamom and cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Cook the rice separately with spices.
Step 2
head the pan.add onion garlic and saute,fallow with prawns,calamari cook the seafood
Step 3
Add the rice and mixed ,mean while boiled the crab keep separately.
Step 4
finish the rice with season with salt and pepper,add coriander leaves.
Step 5
Garnish the rice as in the picture
